  • How and where are your items manufactured?

At TAPIS-SOURIS.COM, customer satisfaction is our priority. Thus, unlike industry giants, we have chosen to manufacture our items to order, in order to control quality and limit our stock.

TAPIS-SOURIS.COM works with the same suppliers as major brands. Our motto: better quality, lower price and no brand name!

Our mouse pads are manufactured and shipped via various logistics partners depending on the product purchased: France, Belgium, Singapore, Italy or China.


  • How much does delivery cost?

At TAPIS-SOURIS.COM, delivery is always free, regardless of the order amount and destination country.

 

  • What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times range from 5 to 12 business days, depending on the product(s) purchased. For example, a classic mouse pad will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days after ordering, while a custom mouse pad will be delivered within 8 to 12 business days after ordering.

 

  • How do I track my order?

A tracking number is sent to you by email a few days after your order. You can track your package directly via our "Track Order" tab available at the bottom of the page.

 

  • Can I withdraw and/or cancel my order?

In accordance with French regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order.
