How and where are your items manufactured?
At TapisSouris.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. That's why, unlike industry giants, we've chosen to manufacture our items to order, so we can control quality and limit our stock.
TAPIS-SOURIS.COM works with the same suppliers as major brands. Our motto: better quality, lower price, no brand markup!
Our mouse pads are manufactured and shipped via different logistics partners depending on the product purchased: France, Belgium, Singapore, Italy, or China.
How much does shipping cost?
At TapisSouris.com, shipping is always free, regardless of the order amount or destination country.
What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times range from 5 to 12 business days, depending on the product(s) purchased. For example, a classic mouse pad will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days after ordering, while a custom mouse pad will be delivered within 8 to 12 business days after ordering.
Delivery times are the same regardless of the customer's country, thanks to our network of warehouses around the world.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is sent to you by email a few days after your order. You can track your package directly via our "Order Tracking" tab available at the bottom of the page.
Can I withdraw and/or cancel my order?
In accordance with French regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
