ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Depending on the payment method chosen, preparation times vary:
For an order with free shipping, we take 48h to prepare & ship your order (Monday to Friday). This allows you to cancel your order if needed.
For an order with 24h & 48h delivery option via Colissimo or Chronopost, we will begin preparation & shipping the same day, making it impossible to cancel your order.

– Premium Delivery (Theft Insurance) – €5.90: 5 to 8 business days
Custom Mouse Pad:
– Standard Delivery (Free): 8 to 12 business days
– Premium Delivery (Theft Insurance) – €5.90: 5 to 8 business days
You will then receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track its progress.
